Q: What areas do you cover?

NST provides services to and from London to all over to United Kingdom.

Q: How does hourly booking work?
  • Hourly booking can use 15 miles per hour. If customer use more than allowance, it will be charged £2.5 per mile for Business Class, £4 for Business Van and First Class.
  • Hourly booking must starts from London Area and ends in London Area. if Journey ends outside London Area, total fare will be calculate back to nearest London Area.
  • No complementary waiting time for Hourly Booking.
Q: Are your prices per car or per person?

Price per car.

Q: How much people and luggage can I take?
  • For Business Class – 3 People, 1 Large Luggage and 1 Hand Luggage.
  • For First Class – 2 People, 1 Large Luggage and 1 Hand Luggage.
  • For Business Van – 5 People, 5 Luggage.
Q: How do I know my booking has been accepted?

After made payment, customer will receive the email confirmation.

Q: What if I cannot locate my driver?

Please contact us.

Q: What if I wish to cancel and want a refund?

Free cancellation up until 3 hours from pick up time. It will be fully charge if customer cancel within 3 hour from pick up time.

Q: Will I be charged extra if my flight is delayed?

Chauffeur will be monitoring the flight at all time. Chauffeur will be at pick up area when flight lands. It will not be extra charged if flight delays.

Q: What if I miss my flight?

Free cancellation up until 3 hours from pick up time. It will be fully charge if customer cancel within 3 hour from pick up time.

Q: What does the price include?

Price includes Meet & Greet, tolls, parking and all surcharges. It will not be any hidden charges.

Q: How early do I need to book?

Booking system allows only to book 8 hour in advance.
