Q: What areas do you cover?
NST provides services to and from London to all over the United Kingdom.
Q: How does hourly booking work?
- Hourly bookings include an allowance of 15 miles per hour. If the customer uses more than the allowance, there will be an additional charge of £2.5 per mile for Business Class, £4 per mile for Business Van, and £4 per mile for First Class.
- Hourly bookings must start from the London Area and end in the London Area. If the journey ends outside the London Area, the total fare will be calculated back to the nearest point within the London Area.
- There is no complimentary waiting time for Hourly Bookings.
Q: Are your prices per car or per person?
The price is quoted per car.
Q: How much people and luggage can I take?
- Business Class – Three People, One Large Luggage and One Hand Luggage.
- First Class – Three People, One Large Luggage and One Hand Luggage.
- Business Van – Five People, Five Luggage.
Q: How do I know my booking has been accepted?
After making the payment, the customer will receive an email confirmation.
Q: What if I cannot locate my driver?

Q: What if I wish to cancel and want a refund?
Free cancellation is available up to 3 hours before the pick-up time. The full charge will apply if the customer cancels within 3 hours of the pick-up time.
Q: Will I be charged extra if my flight is delayed?
The chauffeur will monitor the flight at all times. The chauffeur will be at the pick-up area when the flight lands. There will be no extra charge if the flight is delayed.
Q: What if I miss my flight?
Free cancellation is available up to 3 hours before the pick-up time. The full charge will apply if the customer cancels within 3 hours of the pick-up time.
Q: What does the price include?
The price includes Meet & Greet service, tolls, parking fees, and all surcharges. There will not be any hidden charges.
Q: How early do I need to book?
The booking system allows bookings to be made only up to 8 hours in advance.
